Ramos Pinto Adriano Red 2005

Adriano Red 2005 is a blend of three traditional Portuguese red wine grapes: Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Nacional. This varietal blend provides the wine with its structure, smooth tannins, finesse and floral notes on the nose.

These grape varietals are fermented in steel vats under controlled temperatures and undergo malolactic fermentation. About 20% of the production is transferred to French oak barrels and the rest remains in steel vats. After 18 months, the wine is bottled.

Adriano is a wine with fresh fruit flavors, rich complexity and excellent balance. It is best enjoyed young and is a perfect accompaniment to red meat, game, BBQ, hamburgers, pizza, pasta and vegetables.
