A blend of 83% Pinot Grigio, 11% Chardonnay, 6% Riesling.

This vintage reveals vibrant aromas and flavors of grapefruit, green apple, and citrus complemented by hints of green grass and mineral with a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. Aged in stainless steel tanks in order to retain the crisp fruity character inherent in the grape.

This wine pairs well with salads, light seafood, delicate chicken dishes, and spicy foods.
