A blend of 50% Colombard, 25% Gros Manseng, and 25% Uni Blanc. The Gros Manseng adds richness to the other lighter varietals. A fresh, racy and elegant white blend with aromas of tropical fruit and a hint of lemon. On the palate, it delivers intense fruit flavors of banana and white peaches with great acidity that adds a nice tartness to the rich fruit. A delightful white Bordeaux for summertime enjoyment.
