Pillar Box Padthaway White 2007

Pillar Box White has a very pale green straw appearance. Comprised of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho, each variety contributes its own uniqueness to this blend, whilst careful blending of a portion of cool climate Adelaide Hills fruit adds an additional layer of complexity. The result is an enticing wine which displays lifted aromas of orange blossom, hints of gooseberry and celery.

The palate is a continuation of the fruit flavors introduced by the aroma. These herbaceous and fresh topical fruit flavors are balanced with crisp acidity and enhanced by the soft texture and a lingering finish.
